When you submit an RFQ, estimate request, or contact message, PowerSource Coatings may collect the information you provide, such as your name, company name, email address, telephone number, project location, facility type, service request, project details, dates, and any permitted files you choose to attach.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to review and respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether the request may be a fit for available services, communicate about the project, and maintain reasonable business records. It is not sold for advertising purposes.
Files and storage
Permitted RFQ attachments are validated before storage and are kept outside the public website directory. During preview, forms are isolated from other VPS projects. Do not include highly sensitive information unless it is necessary for the request.
Service providers and legal requirements
Information may be shared only with service providers needed to operate the site or respond to the request, or when required by law. This preview does not make any claim about a future production email or storage provider until one is configured.
